Preheat oven to 375°F
In a blender, combine oatmeal, banana, eggs, maple syrup, butter, milk, baking powder, sea salt and cinnamon. Blend until oats are very fine.
Greese baking dish and pour mixture in from blender.
Gently fold in blueberries. Top with more blueberries. Place baking dishes on cookie sheet and bake for 20 mintues.
While baking, melt butter in microwave safe bowl. Add in oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, and almonds. Stir together until everything has been coated with butter.
After oatmeal has baked for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and add topping. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F. Place oatmeal back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the edge turns golden and topping is crunchy.
Serve while warm and enjoy this delicious breakfast food!
