Ingredients For The Avocado Burger Patty:

Ground chuck
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder

Small cubed cheese

How To Make These Avocado Bacon Burgers: 

First, make the sauce…

To make the sauce, combine mayonnaise, mustard, barbecue sauce, and honey in a small mixing bowl. Stir together until combined, then place in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use. 

Prepare the beef mixture…

Then, in another medium-sized mixing bowl, take your ground beef and mix in your Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and burger seasoning. Mix together until combined. Then take some finely cubed cheese of your choice, and fold it into the beef mixture. Create your patties so that each one is about ¾ inch thick. 

Grill…

It is time to cook your meat. Our preferred method is to use a grill; however, you can also use a griddle, or fry the meat on your stovetop. Cook the heat over medium-low heat and cook until burger patties are done to your liking. Move to a warming section, add your cheese on top of the patties so that it can melt, and cook your bacon until crispy. When your bacon is crispy, line a plate with a paper towel and place your bacon onto the paper towel to allow the grease to drain.  

Assemble the burger…

For an amazing burger, take your bun and brush the inside of both sides with butter. Place buttered side down on your grill.  Grill, to allow it to toast for a few seconds. Then remove your bun, and assemble your burger by adding your burger, topped with cheese, homemade sauce, bacon, avocado slices, and any other toppings you like. Then serve right away and enjoy the deliciousness.

Our avocado bacon burger recipe makes the most fantastic burgers, topped with ultimate ingredients, and a delicious sauce. This is an easy must-try recipe! 

Ingredients:

For the Burgers

1 lb ground chuck
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp amazing burger grill seasoning, or to taste
½ cup Colby Jack cheese, cut into small cubes (use any flavor of cheese you prefer)
½ lb bacon
4 hamburger buns

For the Sauce

½ cup mayo
2 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
2 tablespoon honey

For the Toppings

4 slices cheese
2 whole avocados, sliced
4 leaves lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced optional
½ medium onion, sliced optional
4 Tbsp French fried onions, optional
Sliced pickles, optional

Instructions: 

Step 1: Make The Sauce

Begin by making your sauce. Take a small mixing bowl, and stir together mayonnaise, mustard, barbecue sauce, and honey. Stir to combine, then refrigerate until ready to use. 

Step 2: Create Beef Mixture

To make your beef mixture, take your ground chuck, and add it to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and burger seasoning. Mix until seasonings are combined. Next, cube your cheese, and fold it into your beef mixture. Divide your pound of hamburger into four equal size servings and pat them down. Your patties should be less than ¾ inch thick. 

Step 3: Grill

Heat your grill, or griddle, then add your burgers, and cook to your desired internal temperature. When burgers have finished cooking, move them to the warming area of your grill, and add sliced cheese on top and allow it to melt. In the meantime, take your bacon, and cook over medium-low heat until crispy. Place your cooked bacon on a paper towel-lined plate and allow the grease to drain off. 

Step 4: Assemble & Serve

When your meat is finished cooking, and the cheese is melted, brush the insides of your buns with butter, and allow them to toast for a few seconds over any remaining heat on your grill. Remove and assemble your burgers by adding your hamburger patties, sauce, bacon, and any additional toppings you desire. Serve right away and enjoy! 

Grilling The Bacon Avocado Burgers

Although our preferred method is to grill these delicious avocado bacon burgers, you do not have to use a grill in order to prepare them. If you have a griddle, this also works really well to cook your hamburgers and bacon. 

Another method you can use to prepare your hamburgers is to use a skillet on your stovetop, this method will also work well to cook your burgers. Another method, that is not our favorite, is to cook your burgers in the oven. Although this method works, it is not our favorite because you tend to end up with a lot of grease splatters to clean inside of your oven when you are done. 

For best results, we recommend grilling these burgers, however as a second option a griddle will work fantastic, then a skillet on your stovetop works great as well.

Add in brown sugar, onion powder, garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, then add on top of your prepared burger.
