Chickpea And Parsley Salad

2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together. If you've got the time, let the salad marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or more. Add more salt, pepper or red pepper flakes to taste.
